The Windows Blog announced that effective today, Hotmail users will be able to take advantage of Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) support on their mobile devices like the iPhone, iPod, Palm Pre and Windows Phone 7. Exchange users with new iPhones are re-discovering an old bug where messages sent through ActiveSync for mobile devices do not appear properly in both Entourage 2004 and Entourage 2008. The messages sometimes look like a mix of HTML, E-mail headers and what’s left of the original message or they look like an unintelligible jumble of letters and numbers. Old ActiveSync bug now hits iPhone 2.0

Now that the iPhone 2.0 software includes ActiveSync, Entourage 2004 and 2008 users will soon be discovering an ugly bug in their Sent Items folder. An ActiveSync bug makes any message sent through an ActiveSync connection very difficult or impossible to read.
